Mite Booster cartridge (filled with Dutchy's)

The Mite Booster® system has been developed by Refona to spread Dutchy’s (predatory mites) in a user-friendly and effective way. The system is suitable for the control of all types of blood mites.

Dutchy’s® are predatory mites, they have other mites as food on the menu. Depending on the circumstances, they can survive in an animal accommodation or terrarium meanwhile they feed themselves with the existing harmful mites. The predatory mite seeks his pray in all nooks and crannies of the animal cage. Dutchy’s® control blood mites in birds, pigeons, poultry, rodents, reptiles and parasitic mites in spiders.

The Mite Booster® system has a white cartridge. The cartridge is filled with Dutchy’s® (predatory mites) and can be easily slid into the holder. The Dutchy’s leave the Mite Booster through a little hole in the cartridge and go in search for blood mites. Inside the cartridge the humidity is optimal for the development of the predatory mites.
